• Media Files: Photos and videos of installations, barcodes, and serial number captures.
• Device & Log Data: IP address, device type, browser information, and access timestamps for security and audit purposes.

We use collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Platform's core installation management services.
• To track and enforce 60-Day SLA timelines with automated escalation workflows.
• To synchronize installation data with Government APIs and DISCOM systems.
• To generate reports, invoices, and audit logs for authorized stakeholders.
• To communicate critical updates, SLA alerts, and system notifications.
• To improve Platform functionality and user experience.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share Data only with:

• Authorized Government Entities: State Nodal Agencies, DISCOMs, and relevant tender authorities for subsidy processing and compliance verification.
• Your Assigned Dealer: Installation data is visible to the Dealer responsible for the respective site.
• Service Providers: Cloud storage, hosting, and authentication providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
