Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Koraam Digital platform ("Platform"), including the web application, mobile application, and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including Dealers, Installation personnel, DISCOM officers, and administrative staff ("Users").

• You must be an authorized representative of a registered Dealer, DISCOM, or Government tender entity to use this Platform.
• All account information provided must be accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Koraam Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in unauthorized activities.

Users agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes related to solar pump installation management under Government tender programs. You shall not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
• Scrape, mirror, or extract data from the Platform without written consent.

All installation data, consumer records, photos, videos, GPS coordinates, and serial numbers ("Data") submitted through the Platform remain the property of the respective Dealer or Government entity, as applicable.

By submitting Data, you grant Koraam Digital a limited license to process, store, and transmit such Data solely for the purpose of providing Platform services, including Government API synchronization and SLA tracking.

• You agree to keep all non-public information accessed through the Platform confidential.
• You must immediately notify Koraam Digital of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• The Platform implements industry-standard security measures; however, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

The Platform is designed to facilitate compliance with Government solar pump tender requirements across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and other states. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their installations meet all applicable technical, documentation, and timeline requirements set by respective State Nodal Agencies and DISCOMs.

Koraam Digital provides tools and workflows to support compliance but does not guarantee Government approval or subsidy release.

Koraam Digital Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
